ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Last Broadcast takes place almost entirely inside a dimly lit late night radio station, following a veteran host as he navigates his final shift before retirement. Through anonymous phone calls, quiet reflections, and fragmented memories, the film slowly reveals a deeply personal story about loneliness and emotional closure.

Driven by restrained performances and immersive sound design, the project places strong emphasis on atmosphere and subtle emotional detail. Warm shadows, analog equipment, and intimate framing help create a cinematic environment that feels timeless and emotionally grounded.

The film represents Grain House’s continued focus on character driven storytelling, exploring how silence, voice, and memory can shape a deeply human cinematic experience.
